INTRODUCING....KO KID'S @ 5:00pm ( Mon. and Wed.) KO Kids is a class designed specifically for 8-12 year olds. KO Kids teach children step by step boxing mechanics, from footwork, slipping, punching and countering. KO Kids instructors will teach your sons or daughters the boxing basics in a fun energetic and safe environment. Give your children the confidence to protect themselves. |

From basic boxing movement to advanced boxing techniques the Eastside Boxing Club will get you in fighting shape! The Eastside Boxing Club is known for training champions, inside and outside of the ring. If your just looking to shed some extra pounds or to learn striking skills we got you covered. We have classes in Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing and Muay Thai. If your looking to get into Amateur Boxing and/or Muay Thai we at the Eastside Boxing Club got you covered with everything you need to get you started. We are involved with The Pacific Northwest Boxing Association ( PNWB ) and USA Boxing and Thai Boxing. All our fighter workout side by side and we all learn from each other. No ego's here! Advanced MUAY THAI @ 6:15pm ( Tues. and Thurs. ) Muay Thai 101 @ 7:30pm ( Mon. and Wed. ) Under the direction of Surachai Sirisute, founder and President of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA, Muay Thai was first brought to the United States in 1968.Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and a way of life for many. Whether you are a beginner or pursuing a fight career, the Muay Thai program at Sidekicks will set you up for success in body and soul. Classes consist of shadowboxing, bag workouts, thai pad sets and easy to heavy sparring depending on your personal training goals and commitment. The Thai program at Sidekicks will be headed by Kru Delbert Bunn a certified instructor directly under Ajarn Chai Sirisute. Other training to follow will consist of Kali, Junfan, and Silat as taught by Guru Floyd Jackson of the Insosanto Academy in LA. |
| Boxing 101 @ 5:30 ( Tues. and Thurs. ) Boxing 101 is for the average person that is looking for a boxing class that will teach you basic footwork, how to properly throw a punch and to block and counter-punch. In boxing 101 you will also learn to use the bags the pro's use, the Speed Bag, Heavy Bag and the Double End Bag. ADVANCED BOXING @ 6:45 ( Tues. and Thurs. ) In Advanced Boxing we step it up a notch, from advanced footwork, mittwork, punching combinations, and bag work, we get your body ready for contact. We do everything from rolling ( light sparring ) to body shot drills. We will get you in fighting shape.
